Steffi @ Cartside

How about a basic homepage for a change? Interesting links anyone? I wonder what they say about me... well, anyway, these are the sites that I think you should check out. Apart from offering links to online German exercises, this web page also aims to promote people and projects of interest.

My most recent project is a blog where I collect thoughts, ideas and experiences, particularly on my travels. It's also an attempt to network and find some anchors in this globalised world. It's a great tool and I can only recommend blogging to anyone! It may look like a personal diary, but in fact it's much more than that (after all, you don't just write for yourself on a blog).

I’m a Glasgow (Scotland) based German language tutor and translator. I work for the Glasgow ESOL Forum and co-ordinate the Volunteer Tutor Project which trains and supports Volunteer Tutors who tutor English to refugees/asylum seekers in community classes.

In my spare time, I also take the shape of a gardener, runner, hill walker, cyclist, thai-boxer or human rights activist.

Have a look at some of the amazing sites below and do get in touch if you have any questions, comment or think that your link belongs here too. Links marked with * are hosted by me.
